Celebration of Life – Carroll Norris
We regret to inform you of the passing of our valued friend and colleague, Carroll Norris, on Thursday, February 5th, 2026. Carroll made substantial contributions to our organization, and her dedication, kindness, and commitment will be remembered by all who had the privilege of working alongside her. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honour on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the Moser Hall. All members and friends are welcome to attend as we gather to remember and celebrate Carroll’s life.

Welcome to the Waterloo Rod & Gun Club. Founded in 1949, WRG is one of the oldest & longest running clubs in the Waterloo Region.

Our Facilities
Moser Hall
- Moser Hall – upper floor of main building – this venue holds up to 260 people & includes Bar & Kitchen.
- You can rent this hall with a view of the scenic Conestoga River for weddings, special occasions, seminars, Christmas dinners, or company functions.
- Open – all year round.
Club Lounge & Bar
Lower floor of main building consists of three rooms with Bar & Kitchen, each of which can be rented. Open – all year round
- Club Lounge & Bar – holds up to 130 people. Except when reserved, our Club Lounge & Bar is open to the public. It also includes 1 Dart Board.
- Small Lounge – holds up to 40 people and has three dart boards.
- Games Lounge holds up to 70 people and has three dart boards.
Clemmer Building and Lower Grounds
- Our outdoor venue on the lower grounds holds up to 160 people indoor and up to 500 more on the adjacent picnic grounds & includes Kitchen.
- Open – May 1st till October 31st. May open earlier or close later depending on weather.
- This venue is ideal for outdoor events such as Family Functions, Picnics, Stag & Does, Open Air Concerts, Trade Shows, Car and Motorcycle shows.
